The Intro session takes 45-60 minutes. This session allows us to decide if stretch therapy sessions are right for you. First, we discuss relevant medical history, current pain points, and future goals. Then we'll go over what to expect during the stretch therapy session and begin table work. Lastly, after stretching we'll go over plans to continue progress.
Strapped for time? Just need some maintenance stretching? Book 30 minutes of stretch therapy to relax your nervous system and your muscles so you can recover.
Best for those looking to get a full body stretch. Often times tight muscles can impact the way surrounding areas are functioning. It's worth spending time on both upper and lower body when stretching.
The works. These 90 minute sessions allow time to work on problem areas and still leaves time for a full body stretch. This is the ultimate mind/body recovery option.

During this session we will discuss current movement and medical status as well as history, goals, and expectations. We will also do a flexibility & mobility assessment allowing me direct my program strategy to reach your goals. If our discussion or assessment results are beyond my scope, I am happy to refer you to a trusted professional that better suits your needs
